Shopping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All prints are shipped via HayPost – the national post service of Armenia. Depending on the quantity or the print size, your order may be shipped in an envelope, small package or in a paper tube. We use Standard Delivery with Tracking, which is reflected on our website. Express Delivery is available at extra charge – please contact us for more details and pricing before placing the order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to all destinations covered by Armenia’s national post service.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It takes up to 7 days for us the prepare the package and ship it. The Standard Delivery with Tracking typically takes 15 to 30 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers once the product has been shipped.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At the moment, two methods are accepted: PayPal and via credit/debit card. Note that card payments, too, are executed via PayPal services, though you don’t need a PayPal account in this case.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying online is generally safe when you use reputable websites and trusted payment methods. E-commerce platforms like WooCommerce (which we use on our website) implement industry-standard security measures such as SSL encryption, which protects your personal and payment information during transactions. When paying via PayPal, an additional layer of protection is added, as your financial details are not shared directly with the seller. PayPal also offers buyer protection in case of disputes or unauthorized transactions. To ensure a secure experience, always verify that the website uses HTTPS, avoid public Wi-Fi when making payments, and use strong, unique passwords for your accounts.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order, including your name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Products and Availability
We sell physical products that are shipped internationally and within Armenia. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product images or descriptions are error-free.
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is straightforward: browse the collection of linocut prints and select the piece you’d like to purchase, then choose any available options such as size or edition and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping details and review your order. Payments are securely processed via PayPal, allowing you to complete your purchase using your PayPal balance or a linked card. After the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details, and your print will be carefully prepared and shipped to the address provided.
How Do I Track My Order?
After your order is shipped, we will email you the Tracking ID and the link to track your order.
Return, Exchange, Refund
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at nane@linopatum.com.
Please note that PayPal charges us up to 5% transaction fee every time we receive the payment from you. If you cancel your order after the payment is executed, we will refund the money, excluding the PayPal’s transaction fee. Note that PayPal may charge you another transaction fee of up to 5%, which cannot be covered by us.
To return the product that was already delivered to you, you will need to ship it back to us. Note that you will have to cover the shipping costs. For more information, please, contact us.

Limitation of Liability
Linopatum.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party couriers or payment processors.
Your use of the website and purchase of products is at your own risk.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
